1. Press "Win Logo Key + R" to open Run Command.

2. Type "REGEDIT" in it and press Enter.

3. Find "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT" and expand it.

4. Find "lnkfile" and select it.

5. In the Right delete "IsShortcut" registry value.

6. Exit Registry Editor.
